At Driprt.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.
Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
Gift cards (if applicable).
Items returned without original tags or in a used condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Exchange

We currently offer exchanges only for size or defective items, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
